Meet The Founder

Swenette Frazier, RN BSN
Swenette Frazier is a Cleveland native, born and raised. She attended and graduated from Lincoln-West High School and currently works as a registered nurse at University Hospitals and multiple home health agencies. Her background includes endoscopy, medical-surgical, hospice, long-term care, home health, tele-health, oncology, and education.
She received her Associate in Science from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma, and later continued her education at Columbus State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She dedicates her career to serving, educating, and helping others in the community.
With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, including the last 11 years as a registered nurse. My passion for patient care and healthcare education inspired me to establish Healthcare Essential Skills to help students build successful and rewarding careers.

Our goal is to provide the best training and hands on experience for today's and future Healthcare Professionals.
Our approach
Courses led by a team of professional instructors with over 10 years of healthcare experience. Provide students with current knowledge, skills and training on updated equipment to successfully, and confidently pass the state competency test and obtain employment in today's healthcare industry.
